AREAS TO SERVE

A "Servant Leader" at W.O.W embodies the essence of serving others. Instead of merely volunteering, we emphasize the concept of servant leadership.

It is our our belief that God doesn't create leaders; He elevates those who serve, transforming them into leaders. These Servant Leaders within our organization are individuals who have personally witnessed the divine glory and are now dedicated to assisting us in organizing events, creating opportunities for others to experience the same. 

AREAS TO SERVE

1. Greeters

Role: Direct attendees to the correct areas of ministry

Lead: Lasendra Wilson

2. Ushers

Role: Maintain the sanctuary and ensure order before and during service times

Leads: Min. Sally Moody & Sophia Hobbs

Note: This includes RHEMI MIT’s and Intercessors

3. Security

Role: Work with ushers and greeters to ensure attendee safety

Leads: Guys

4. Registration Facilitator

Role: Handle check-in and on-site registration

Lead: Angela Dean

5. DECOR - Set up and Break Down

Role: Assist with decorating and preparing the space for the event

Lead: Latoya Bostick

~~Everyone is encouraged to assist

Dates: October 23, 30, 31 & November 1st, @ 6:30pm

6. Social Media and Marketing

Role: Assist with specific projects and graphics, take notes for generating hashtags

Everyone is involved

7. Stage Hands

Role: Assist with stage setup and help performers on and off stage

Lead: Can be Ushers or Guys

8. Intercessors

Role: Set the atmosphere through prayer before, during, and after the event

Leads: Min. Patty Davis, Min. Sonya Shaw & Min. Sally Moody

9. Hospitality

Role: Responsible for refreshments and special food for guests

Lead: Min. Sundey Ward
